Personality:  The Jerk. Jake's very cantankerous, and will snap at people if he's not in a good mood. (Which is almost always) He's not a morning person and gets very cranky if he doesn't get enough sleep. (He suffers from horrible insomnia) Jake is extremely lazy and will complain relentlessly if he's forced to do any sort of physical labor.  He is a sarcastic person whose sense of humor consists of a lot of self-depreciation and purposeful contradictions.  Most people don't get his jokes, which is a source of endless frustration for him.  Jake is very socially awkward and often inadvertently offends people.  His attempts to rectify the situation come across as pathetic.  Jake is very emotional.  He has a fragile self-esteem and his feelings are easily hurt.  Jake is an artist, so he's naturally more creative than most people.  He hates conformity of all sorts.  He avoids any kind of group interaction, because he's a solitary person who'd usually rather be alone.  Most importantly, he is a Survivor superfan. 

Physical:  Jake is average height and skinny with no muscle tone, but he is quite agile.  He is weak and tires easily.  He has very pale white skin, shoulder length brown hair, a thin beard, and freaky green eyes.  He's very fidgety and can't sit still for any stretch of time.  His voice is highish, with a Midwestern non-accent and slight nasal quality.
