Personality:  The Well-wisher.  Joe always has something positive to say, but can seem kind of fake at times.  If he has feelings of resentment, he hides them.  Joe has a very good work ethic.  He has a lot of respect for those who are older than him and a lot of patience for those who are younger.  

Physical:  Joe is short and stocky.  He has quite a bit of strength, but tires easily due to his age.  He enjoys taking long naps in the afternoon.  Joe has pinkish skin and burns easily.  He is bald, but what hair he has left is grey.  He wears glasses.  Joe's voice is nasal and slightly womany.
